Parresia [pär-rā-sē'-ä]: a Greek word that means "boldness."

Boldness to receive:
“Their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.” Now where there is remission of these, there is no longer an offering for sin. Therefore, brethren, having boldness [parresia] to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh,… (Hebrews 10:17-20, NKJV)
Boldness to share:
Pray on my behalf, that utterance may be given to me in the opening of my mouth, to make known with boldness [parresia] the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in proclaiming it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak. (Ephesians 6:19-20, NASB)
